[MRCA] Looking for MT-11 Mounting rack for T-13

Hi everyone,
Still working on the military stuff.  Got the ARC R-12 system working.  Need the mount for the transmitter and the proper control head.  Am using one from a 135 MHz radio.   Works but the right one would look better.   Anyone have an extra mount?
I have several of the spline cables.  It seems typical that the outside casing "shrinks".  Is there an approved method of stretching it out?  Lubing, etc.
