[MRCA] safety reminder

This is a tough go when you put up big stuff when you are young and strong
and ambitious, leave it up to deteriorate for decades, and then it becomes
really expensive to dismantle with a crane.

I have always preferred organic antenna supports and antennas put up from
the ground.  In my youth helped put up beams with 40 foot booms at up to
130 feet high but those are distant memories.
