[MRCA] safety reminder

Indeed.
In construction work it is well known that dismantling is especially hazardous.
When dealing with hazardous voltage, there is a reason power crews have daily safety meetings and PPE for both voltage and arc flash.
We cannot afford to be amateur when it comes to safety.
