[MRCA] R392 update

Don’t know about the R-392 but done enough of the R-390/A receivers to know the calibrator will give a good reading on the S meter on just about all the bands on a working receiver. Try the AM broadcast band.

40 m has been pretty dead lately anyway, so it may not just be that receiver.

It does work, but I think it could work a lot better. I didn't get too technical with the testing yet but the sensitivity with a 10 foot piece of wire antenna was underwhelming . The 40 meter band was dead as in not even working with the calibrator except at about 7.9 MHZ but nothing below that. Should be interesting to see what that's about...
