The formula for the Tadiran PRC-601 in the 47-57 MHz range is Fo+21.4. 
You have a 70.125 MHz crystal for the URC-4.  So, 70.125-21.4 = 50.725 
MHz operating frequency in the PRC-601.  If that crystal will oscillate 
in your PRC-601 it might work to put it on a 6 meter frequency.
