[MRCA] removing riveted tube sockets

I have not had much success punching out rivets. The chassis deflects too much
on impact and the rivet at most just loosens. In the process other things get
damaged or loosened. I drill, but use low RPM and a sharp bit no larger than
the chassis hole. Secure the chassis so that the shavings don't go somewhere
inaccessible. I have not had an issue with shavings causing problems (yet).
