[MRCA] Epson programmable oscillator chips in the AN/TRC-88

Hi Guys - I have been asked for the schematic of the prototype circuits I
built to utilize these programmable oscillators in lieu of 12 crystals in
this radio.  I put a hand drawn schematic in the link, down near the bottom
of the post.

They are working well in this radio.  So far, so good.  Evaluations
ongoing, a work in progress.
