[MRCA] Question

Hello Everybody,
          Something I’ve been pondering for some time has to do with antenna efficiency. Right now, I’m working my BC-654 using the MP-48-A antenna base with the appropriate antenna sections. I have the MP-65-A base ( Used with the later BC-1306 Radio ) with antenna sections equaling the same length as those used with the MP-48. Would there be an appreciable difference in performance if I used the BC-654 with the later antenna ?
