[MRCA] Need some cw key parts a la J-38

[DSP3]

I have acquired a Western Electric brass "J-38" style key, stamped 
"AT&T".  Some previous owner saw fit to really bugger one of the side 
bearing screws and nut and the rear height adjustor screw and nut.  
Looks like they used gas pliers, or something as the knurled portion is 
ground off.  I'd like to restore this key, so if anyone has some J-38 
parts, I could use 'em.  TNX
