Hello Everybody,
      Sorry about that.  Truth of the matter  is, I was able to ID the 
SCR-178 just before getting your responses.   There were two photos needing ID, 
the other was for a SCR-197 mobile radio  station.  It's been a long night. 
I'm going to find a pillow for a  nap, then head to work.

     The sharp photos did it !   I was  able to read the data plate on the 
receiver.  The radio that S/Sgt  Weinzheimer is operating is an SCR-178.
