       Well, that was a bit of a  challenge.  With the information I sent 
you on the two photographs, you  should be able to write a description of 
each radio set as detailed as you want  it to be.

     The sharp photos did it !   I was  able to read the data plate on the 
receiver.  The radio that S/Sgt  Weinzheimer is operating is an SCR-178.
