[MRCA] was Digital sigs on 5357 kc now ARRL

Contesting for the most part does not occur on the WARC or the 60 meter band so we cannot use that as an excuse.


Since Amateur radio operation is first come first serve the digital users have as much of a right to use that as us.


It seems 5357 has become the de facto digital channel. If we can find out who is using that mode maybe we can persuade them to move to a different channel since some of our radios are limited to 1 kHz tuning, or,  we should petition the FCC to move the other channels to 1kHZ instead of 500hz channels.
