[MRCA] TM's for Signal Corp Telegraph Keys

I am trying to track down the Signal  Corp Technical Manual for the J-36 key. I have run across references to it. Did the Navy have something like it. I have a number of military keys I use, both Signal Corp, and US Navy. The Titles of any such publications would be appreciated. I can obtain them if I have publication info. The US Government still has a lot of these TM's available new if you know what to ask for.
