[MRCA] ME-61 Field Strength on 10 and 6 Meters

    Its too hot to mow the grass so instead I posted some photos and 
notes on using the ME-61 FS meter on 10 and 6 meters.
    Yes I know - the meter will all ready work on 10 and 6 (sort of)  
but a simple  reversible mod will triple the distance range for usable
