[MRCA] MRCA Agent Code Practice

I cheated and used my IC-746 PRO and a sloper antenna off my tower.  But
sigs were 20 over here in the DC area.  I sat down in the shack, waiting for
the transmission to begin, and got butterflies in my stomach, as if I were
at the FCC field office for a Morse test.  Copy was excellent.

Good copy in central GA, using R-390A. Next time I'll try the Grundig.
