[MRCA] MRCA Agent Code Practice

Good copy here in  Upstate South Carolina, (the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains) at 2020 Eastern, on the ITT Mackay 3010C receiver, with some QRM, but no problem in the 500 Hz filter position.
