[MRCA] MRCA Agent Code Practice

In case some of our agents were in the field collecting intelligence last night and were not able to participate.  There will be a repeat of the agent code practice tonight, Friday, Feb. 10 at 2010 EST (8:10 EST) on 3.570 +/-.  Listen for QST QST QST MRCA CODE PRACTICE DE KW1I repeated three times.  The message is in 53 five letter groups starting and ending with a VVVVV group.  The 53 group message will be sent twice.  

The original English plain text message had all spaces between words and all punctuation removed.  It was then split into five letter groups.  Reassembling the five letter groups into the original text is not hard, but you have to stare at it for awhile.
