[MRCA] PRC-174 Help!

Hi Guys! I ahve a PRC-174 that has been working all ok over the past yrs! but now it has decided to Quit!  I went thru the Modules and found a Blown Cap in the PA which I replaced, No  Better!  the symtoms are as Follows
No recieve on SSB but RX noise on AM
somtimes it transmits but will hang in TX  No  Tx Audio!
I get a Rapid beeping in the Spkr and the Leds flash at the same rate! in most of the battery switch positions. 
 I see what appears to be a Processor in the ATU is there a Hard reset for this chip?
Before I wave the White Flag I though I'd ask for Guidance, I have  several different Manuals but they seem Vague as to in depth trouble shooting!   Most likely I'll be looking fro somone who Knows how to repair these Rigs! in the Future as It might be above my ability! to repair properly better to have a PRO do it! then to make a mess of it!
