Ya I've noticed a lot of State Police and Sheriff's departments still
maintain lowland, but last I knew who still makes a 110 watt low band
radio? I think Vertex,  Kenwood...I think Motorola only is in the 50 watt
range.

Really is a good practice especially on simplex base stations between EOCs
or something.
