[MRCA] On patrol Moose and Squirrel net

Ugh! I had the incorrect 60m frequency in my radio. This radio is funny
about 60m when it hasn't been modified yet. I could have cleared the
problem up real quick, but I'm at work on my lunch break with a limited
amount of time.

On a side note the antenna deployed nice and received nice...I went to some
other bands to play with the homebrew tuner...hopefully I try for Thursday
if not definitely Saturday.
