[MRCA] On patrol Moose and Squirrel net

I should be on patrol during my lunch break. I will be running my "green
radio" It is a portable rig I am building up out of a FT-857D. So far all
I've done is built a homebrew L network tuner for a end fed half wave wire.
I also made up a antenna on a spool for fast deployment. I'm hoping to have
other refinements to this, but I wanted to test the antenna system first. I
did a fast and dirty deployment of the antenna before work started its
about 6 to 7 feet horizontal paid out.
