[MRCA] Ft. Miles Rally Photos and Notes

       The weather is getting better and the military meet and rally 
season has began.  Time to get those radios  off the shelf and into 
operation. I would encourage all members to contact their local military 
reenactors perhaps you can contribute.
        I've posted pictures and notes of my ops at  the 2015 Ft. Miles 
Delaware meet.
