[MRCA] Back from the Dead

SCR-694 / BC-1306

Just talked to KK1K and W1NZR with this recently resurrected radio on 
3885 just after the OMRN.  It's amazing what 5 watts of carrier can do 
when conditions are good.

These things need a 100pF series cap to properly feed a 50-ohm load.
