[MRCA] PRC-132 battery replacement

Eugene,

That's a sufficiently good idea that I just ordered a couple, just in 
case.  The soldered-down batteries in a lot of this stuff make me 
nervous.  They were a good choice for the first ten years, but now we 
own the equipment.
