[MRCA] CW Keyer

        Having survived my Field Day CW weekend I got to thinking about 
promoting CW with the MRCA members.  Its hard to get folks to drag out a 
key and play and many have problems with the dots and dashes . If you 
would like a simple "electronic keyer" circuit to play with then try 
this relay keyer.   No transistors or tubes and it makes the dots and 
dashes.  :-)
