I woudn't count on it, I know this seller and based on past deals will 
not do further business with him.  The Stoner modules have been offered 
several times in the past couple of years according to KB0SFP, as well 
as the permeability-tuned portable antenna.    A check of "see other 
items" will inform you as to his pricing tendencies.
