[MRCA] PRC47 genny?

He mentions it was used for "lighting."  125 Watts wouldn't be a lot of 
incandescent bulbs, but I wonder if the new LED lamps would run on 400 Hz?  If 
they have a simple rectifier input they should.  I haven't opened one up yet as 
I've had none ever fail so far.

I think you're right that this was meant for the PRC47 or another radio set though.

As for his claim it can be used as a power source for recharging cell phones, 
well...  not so sure those chargers will be happy at 400 Hz either.  If they put 
a capacitor across the line as an EMI filter it will probably burn up with 400 
Hz on it.
