[MRCA] List Posting Procedures

Hi Al - et. al. Apologies for getting this tangled. Seems I have sent E
Mails to individuals and "lists" simultaneously before - so thanks for the
education! I didn't know that would be an issue.. I have gotten similar
transmissions from others and I have replied-to-all; to discover that I
was not a member of an included list. Makes sense but I didn't know that a
moderator would have to sort it out...
Next time I will be wiser. Sorry - I'm still learning!
