[MRCA] BC-221 "Transceiver" and OMRN Sunday Nite CW Net

Tnx Breck, for this info.  The BC221 becomes a "direct conversion" receiver.
So, depending on what CW tone you want to copy, you will be that far 
"off frequency"
from the other station(s).   Ham CW transceivers fixed this by 
inserting an RIT control
that would offset the osc on receive.  (TenTec Century 21, for example)

HOWEVER, considering that no one on OMRN CW is ever exactly zero beat with Ted
(NCS), :-[ and we all expect to listen +or- 1 or 2 kc, no RIT is needed!  :-D
