[MRCA] RS-1/GRC-109 operation with a VFO

Hi Guys - I know many of us subscribe to multiple mail lists but it was
suggested that I also forward this link to SpyRadios and MRCA.  Apologies
if you've already seen the earlier version. Seems there are more
RS-1/GRC-109's out there than crystals...  This simple VFO connection
should also work fine with the RS-6 transmitters. (Flame Shields up...)
