[MRCA] Fw: suggestion for M&S net

I second this suggestion.  Having the NCS designate an ANCS and asking the ANCS to call for additional stations is excellent net control procedure.

I would like to suggest that whoever is net control ask for a relay when the check ins occur at the top or the bottom of the list.  Maybe a secondary person somewhere else (i.e. N3RFQ and secondarily WA2JWU). That would help when the NC is not audible to the stations wishing to check in. This way other stations might hear the call for check ins from the relay station.  Just a thought.
