[MRCA] AS-1929/G Antenna Info Needed

Hey all
I've had this antenna for years and would like to get it on the air.
It's a log-periodic that covers 20 to 1000 mcs, so 10 meters through 903
(cell phone antenna? ;-) ). I just pulled it out of the weeds and
verified  I had all the elements for it. It does need some repairs to a
couple of elements that are broken but overall it's in good shape. Does
anyone have any information on this and what it was used for? I've
looked before and found nothing. Any info would be helpful, TM info
would be spectacular.
