[MRCA] ART-13 Power Output Poll

Chris,

On 75 meters running with a 1000 volt HB AC supply I get 90 watts out  
of my ATC.   With either of my two T-195s I get 100 watts out with  28  
vdc in.  For a T-195, 175 watts out way too high to be correct.
