[MRCA] Question about special event

   I am looking for an opinion about two things  I am planning a special
event for November and the focus is will be the use of military radios to
run the event.   With the fact that most of the radios will only operate on
USB and I would like to use 75 & 40 meters, how much grief can I expect to
get from operating against the gentleman's agreement of LSB on 75 and 40?
Would the grief be worth it?    The second question I would like to ask was
the use of 60 meters to make special event contacts.   I know contesting is
not allowed but this is not a contest.  I have recently heard 60 being used
for a special event.  (international lighthouse weekend).  Thoughtful
opinions would be appreciated.
