[MRCA] TBX ops from Quantico OMRN yesterday

Hi Friends,
My friends successfully deployed their TBX set yesterday and heard some net
traffic.  They made some transmissions but probably did not have an optimal
antenna setup for skywave propagation. It was a good step forward for them,
though, as a receiver repair needed to be done since the last deployment,
as well as some rehabilitation and repair on the gas-powered generator.


They plan to try again with a better antenna and I will try to give a
little more warning next time so you can be on the look out for them.
