[MRCA] PRT-4/PRR-9 power

When you install a 9 volt battery for the receiver, install a 100 ohm 
resistor in the positive lead to drop the voltage to the receiver.  Be 
sure and cover your 9 volt battery with one hundred mile and hour tape. 
As I mentioned before you can fabricate a receiver battery connector 
using brass tubing. On my next  receiver I will install a diode in the 
positive lead also to prevent those little mishaps. The set looks like 
it would make an excellent platform for a local "simplex" repeater.
