[MRCA] PRT-4/PRR-9 power

Hi Guys -
Attached is a document I found that was written by (then Captain) Colin
Powell while he was at the School of Infantry at Ft Benning. (1964)
regarding the PRT/PRR-4 system.

It appears that the PTR/PRR-4 was first fielded in 1967, so it took awhile
for the Army to adopt it - but I am sure there's more to it that that...
He discusses the proposed deployment within infantry units.  Interesting
background on the set.
