   Here are some schematics for the T-195B -  about 1 megabyte in size, 
this .PDF file contains schematics of the solid-state parts specific to 
the "B" model T-195:

   Some 'theory of operation text is included too.  These are partial 
scans of a very late T-196B manual.

   There are four schematics for the HV power supply and it looks like 
the newest one has a unijunction transistor in it's oscillator circuit.  
Good luck finding one of those...
