[MRCA] T-195A more updates

Well I kinda made heads and tails of what I had. I have a T-195A with a
good working LV SS power supply. I have a box with a bad LV supply, and HV
supply and also in the box there is a complete set of parts for a second HV
supply.

I was able to hook up the HV supply to a power supply, I observed output
(couldn't quite tell exactly but at least 500 volts maybe a 1000.... things
were happening fast!) I then saw smoke emanating from a big resistor on the
side. I immediately disconnected everything and saw what looked like
bad/burnt out resistor, it had a crack in the material and the resistor was
quite warm. I know that before I hooked it up I inspected the supply and I
did note the physical condition on the resistor. I also noted the fan was
not sniping that I could tell too.

Maybe I'm nuts but it looks like I should be able to fix this thing, it
doesn't appear to have any black magic installed into it.

I'm going to check all of the components one at a time. I'm also going to
post pics at a later date of two things on this supply that I'm not quite
sure what they are.

Hopefully I can get a working HV supply going, My plan is get the T-195A
going, then I'm going to attempt to repair the LV supply and re-assemble
the parts for the HV supply to have spares.

I'm fully documenting things with video and pictures for later.
