Interesting conditions on the OMRN CW net last night (Sunday 21:00 EDT.
02:00Z Monday) Ted was booming in 0n 3570 Kcs with his GRC-19 and I
checked in briefly with my TCS. But what was strange I was hearing what
I thought was a radar burst (my ECM training is finally paying off :-)
     - - - anyway the buzz and brrrraaaaaapppp for a second
would start up and about every 2 mins it would burst for another quick
second and then trail off. Since the nearby Dover AFB radar antenna
rotates much faster than once every couple of minutes I suspect it was
another over the horizon radar quite a distance away. LDE?
Heard my very first PRC-47 on CW from Dean's KK1K set , really a punch
signal, wish I had a scope on line to look at it, for now I will call
it CW with an audio punch with excellent keying characteristics. And
thanks to KW1I, for QRS.
