Mike, Et Al,

In the envelope with this tool were two screws. One protrudes 3/8" and 
the other 1/4".  The two are different and I believe that the "correct" 
one is the shorter.  The second screw just doesn't look the part, so to 
speak.  The shorter one  that looks correct is a #4-40.  The other one 
doesn't seem to thread onto a #40-40 nut, so out it goes........
