[MRCA] EBay Type 12 FAC package

The Type 12 equipment is easy to re-package.  Also fairly easy to 
convert to 12 volts. Here is a photo of my VHF  mobile at Gilbert last 
year. When the field ops are over, just take it out of the "vehicle" and 
plop it on a table.
