[MRCA] Mystery Tool?

page I am working on at the moment for the answer to that, Jeep. The 
drawings are not quite finished, but you'll get the idea. Since the 
AN/ARC-1 has three autotune heads, perhaps there is a similar usage on 
it, though the crank appears identical.
