Just pull the safety interlock pin on the back of the chassis OUT to
put it in the override position. You will have to wiggle it around a
bit to do this

Just make SURE you have a dummy or other load connected before you
turn it on. This radio will try to load up into nothing and will
develop destructive internal voltages in the process.
