[MRCA] URC-4 World Record?

I think having three URC-4s operational and at the same OL is a grand
achievement. These lads are to be congratulated. There are scores of
collectors who have these sets sitting on a shelf and doing nothing with
them, guess they can't figure out how to hook up 10 dollar store 9 volt
batteries and a single C cell.
