[MRCA] T-195A

So I've hit a bit of a road block with the 195A.

The LV relay is energizing like its supposed to and firing off the LV
supply.

The HV relay will not energize.

If I interpret the schematic correctly...If the LV is energizing the
28VDC then passes thru K601, K613, and Lastly K616.

I'm not sure if when the HV supply failed if it took out something near
it as well.

Anyone have any thoughts on where on the unit to find these relays so
that I may do some testing in those areas to verify, that 28VDC is
making it to the relay.

I can see the HV relay by its hard to get any probes in there to see if
the coil is being energized.
