[MRCA] PRC-6 Battery/ Alignment

    Make sure you do not have the bias batteries hooked up backwards.
51.035 is off freq from target of 51.0  ??

Listen on a receiver to one half the frequency to see if you can hear 
anything.
51.0 divided by 2 = 25.5 Mc
