[MRCA] PRC-25 Help

Took a PRC-25 in trade at the Weare, NH military show that has a dead
rx/tx.  Dale KW1I tested it in his AM-2060 at the show with no tx/rx.  I
tried it at home with same results attached to the PRM-34 test set, no rf
out, no frequency displayed on the meter no rx.  When turned on it makes a
rushing noise as normal, on squelch it squelches the noise and the dial
light works.  Looking for help where to start as someone here probably has
experience with them.  I have access to a working 25 so I can swap modules
with known good ones.
