[MRCA] Gilbert 2013?

Planning has begun for the MRCA Meet.  I am awaiting confirmation from Red 
Ball event administration on our attendance again this year.  As soon as 
that confirmation is received a message will be sent on the MRCA reflector 
and advance registration will commence.

It is not too soon to start planning your displays and finishing up planned 
radio maintenance.
