[MRCA] retransmit project update

Hi all,

Well, the retransmit project is now in jeopardy!  The grunge I was hearing while keyed-but-no-voice was not, as I thought, due to a low level 150 Hz feed through from the VHF radio. As it ends up, the grunge is present and accounted for with nothing but keying the PRC-138. It is quite loud and therefore I believe I may have blown out the something in the MIC input circuitry! This may have been before I realized the audio levels for the MIC input were severely mismatched. 

At this point, my only hope to get this up and running for the Gilbert meet is to attempt to wire up my RF-5020 (smartly this time) and see if I can get it running.  Right now I give this a 40% chance of possibility, but stay tuned!
